When was this built?
[edit]Does anybody have a source for when this building was completed? The Tube_(structure) article says it was completed in 1963 and then in the Framed Tube subsection says it was completed in 1965 and this article says 1966. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Neilmckillop (talk • contribs) 10:32, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
- I don't know, the sources were not clear. Perhaps it was started in 1963, completed in 1965, and the first tenants moved in by 1966. Abductive (reasoning) 21:17, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
Fires
[edit]Please note that the building, having been built in the same manner as the doomed World Trade Center buildings, is considered by the Chicago Fire Dept to be vulnerable to collapse, hence their "better safe than sorry" deployments. Abductive (reasoning) 21:16, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
