David Holmes

Given the recent documentary, it seems that a fair amount of the David Holmes paragraph is incorrect. The article states that he was injured during filming after falling to the ground following an explosion. The documentary contradicts this, indicating that it was during a rehearsal of a stunt where he is propelled in to a wall.
