Clarifying between Purina Mills and Nestle Purina

I would like to request a couple edits to better clarify the difference between Nestlé Purina PetCare and Purina Mills. First, can we replace this redirect with a disambiguation page?

Second, can we update the Lead of the Purina Mills article to clarify that its a farm animal feeding business (as oppose to Nestle Purina's pet-feeding business) to make it even easier to distinguish between the two? Something like:

Purina Mills, LLC, is the animal feeds unit of Land O’ Lakes, which feeds farm animals on its 1,200-acre farm in Gray Summit, Missouri."[1] It was previously part of Ralston Purina (now Nestlé Purina PetCare) until the U.S. farm animal feeds portion was sold in 1986."
