Ross Droplet Technique

This is the technique in coffee making, named after David Ross, where a small amount of water is misted on coffee beans before they are ground to reduce static electricity in the grinder and thereby recover more grounds from the process.

There isn't (at the time of this entry) a main article on RDT in Wikipedia, and I'm not sure how best to create a stub, so I'm posting this here. Lambdacalculator (talk) 19:41, 16 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
