Guadeloupe raccoon on map

A very minor detail, but on the map Guadeloupe is marked red, meaning the racoon is native there. However on page for the Guadeloupe raccoon it says: " ... the Guadeloupe raccoon was introduced by humans just a few centuries ago. ". Shouldn't Guadeloupe then be blue on the map?

Raccoons are Nocturnal

The size and body weight in the second sentence currently does not have a source and should be changed from "40 to 70 cm (16 to 28 in), and a body weight of 5 to 26 kg (11 to 57 lb)." to "60 to 96 cm (24 to 38 in), and a body weight of 6 to 10 kg (14 to 23 lb)."

This comes from a source already referenced in the article (#15 "Raccoon Facts". PBS Nature. February 7, 2012. Retrieved November 29, 2020) and is corroborated by https://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/mammals/facts/raccoon fact sheet about raccoons that shows almost the exact same numbers https://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/mammals/facts/raccoon

There's more sources about this too that give roughly the same numbers (although that might be excessive) just incase I'll add them here. Britannica, Live Science, North armerican nature Rockdawg85 (talk) 09:34, 16 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: Per MOS:LEADCITE, information in the lead does not need to be cited as long as it appears with a citation in the body of the article, which this info does (with further detail) in the Physical characteristics section. DrOrinScrivello (talk) 15:26, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
