"high cargo containers"

Could someone please clarify the phrase <quote>Ganja and Khirdalan stations are able to supply high cargo containers</quote> The "to supply" perhaps might stand for "to handle" but what may "high cargo containers" be? Thanks in advance! Jan olieslagers (talk) 15:32, 3 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
