Cultivation

The cultivation and uses section needs more content, since the only use it mentions now is the tree's aesthetic appeal. I can remember at least three other that were mentioned by a tour guide in Cuba: the leaves can be used for thatch roofing, the fruit can be fed to livestock, and the mature stems were traditionally used to build huts (and are still used to build fences).
