[edit]The first line of this article states: "usually a litter of animals born in multiple births". How can a litter of animals be born in multiple births? The article for litter states: "A litter is the offspring at one birth of ..." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.225.247.4 (talk) 03:00, 19 October 2009 (UTC)
So, in the article's picture, which piglet is the runt?
- It's not very clear is it? I'd suggest the one lying down but he looks like a comparable size to the others on the right hand side 92.232.36.159 (talk) 12:42, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
I think it's important to point out that the vast majority of pigs in popular culture are runts, leading to confusion over the typical size of an adult pig. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.73.70.113 (talk) 22:14, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
Video games runts
[edit]The most famous one, that is from the video game lore and not from a video game adaptation of a movie or a book, is kind of obviously Grunt from the Mass Effect series, more accurately 2 and 3 (if he doesn't die). It is literaly in his name, his backstory is entirely about survival in an animal-like social and biological hierarchy of the alien race named Krogan, who are also suffering the effects of a genofage, or rather, geneticaly induced infanticide on a global population level. He should be named in the article, for sure.
"This article is rated Stub-class on Wikipedia's content assessment scale." The article itself is a runt. How meta.
But the reason I came into the talk section is to complain that this is one of the worst wiki articles I've stumbled across in quite some time, and somebody should rewrite it to be coherent and informative. Not me, of course, but somebody. 2601:2C6:4A7F:8D40:DDF3:A5CF:B1F8:919 (talk) 02:11, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
