Saurocephalus monasterii

[edit]

The Late Jurassic tooth taxon Saurocephalus monasterii Munster, 1846 is actually a theropod dinosaur (Woodward 1901; Windolf 1997; Carrano et. al. 2012). As it stands, S. monasterii is a nomen dubium referrable to Theropoda indet and represents the first theropod taxon reported from the Oxfordian of Germany. Do you feel inclined to place Saurocephalus monasterii in a separate page since it isn't a fish?
