synthesis tag

This article seems to be trying a bit too hard to refute the media coverage, particularly in the sentence noting that not all media coverage put the "blow up a mountain" quote in context, followed by four footnoted examples — I consider that an improper synthesis. I think the article would accomplish its creator's goal, and Wikipedia's, by simply stating that as a fact and leaving it at that. If there is an article in a reliable source discussing the skewed media coverage, with examples making that same point among others, it can and should be used as a credited source.
