Mitt Romney looking for votes in SC

[edit]

I see my state's former governor sniffing around for votes. He's acting completely conservative right now, and take it from a Massachusets citizen, he'll say what it takes. He told a group of gays up here that if elected he'd "be a better friend to you than Ted Kennedy." And told our League of Women Voters that he was prochoice. You can trust this guy to say what ever it takes. CApitol3 02:31, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why is John C. Calhoun listed as an important former elected GOP official?

[edit]

John C. Calhoun died before the GOP was even founded? Should that be deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.124.87.53 (talk) 02:08, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
