[edit]I removed this sentence:
- In Arkansas, the river receives the Little River, which is part of the C.L.S.F.N.S (the Castor River, Little River, Saint Francis River Navigation System).
because I couldn't find any references to that name for the project (I changed it to a more generic description of a navigation and flood control system involoving those rivers). If anyone can source the name, please restore it. It looks like a fairly extensive network and would probably merit its own article. I also removed the reference to Kennett, MO, being the largest city "on the river," because it is several miles back from the river. Malepheasant 04:33, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Removed a bit of "white watering" stuff as not needed and rather poorly sourced. Vsmith (talk) 00:48, 1 September 2022 (UTC)
