Official VS former or is it just an alternate name?

In the infobox, it states that the "State University of Tetova" is a former name (former, aka no longer used, right?) while the top of the infobox uses "University of Tetovo" and the article's body uses "University of Tetova", and the article's title is that of the former name "State University of Tetova" instead.
