Hi there, I am acting on behalf of Stephan DuCharme and I have some suggestions to improve the page. These mainly consist of adding and updating information related to DuCharme's career, and improving the overall content on the page in respect to the issues represented by the page banner.
I have placed my additions in bold and removed text in strikethrough.
These changes are also in an article format in my sandbox. I look forward to community feedback, and working together towards the improvement of this page!
1. Lead
[edit]What should be changed: The lead should be re-written to be shorter and updated to reflect DuCharme's departure from his previous positions.
Additionally, the section related to the DuCharme's citizenship and language skills should be moved to a new "Personal life" section as this is not lead-worthy. This new section would come after the current "Biography" section.
Reason: The current lead does not fit Wikipedia's MoS, and is out of date.

2. Infobox
[edit]What should be changed: The "Occupation" row to be updated to reflect that these are former positions, and to include missing information.
Reason: "Top manager" is not an actual occupation that DuCharme has held, and X5 Retail Group warrants inclusion as a notable part of DuCharme's business career.

3. Biography
[edit]What should be changed: This section looks like it was created with good intentions the current text isn't suitable for Wikipedia. It would benefit from a rewrite to improve sources, cut promotional wording and typos, and add missing information. Can this section also be renamed "Career" and split into three subsections:
- Early career
- X5 Retail Group
- L1 Retail and Dia Group
Reason: Currently, this section contains out of date and irrelevant information, most of which is supported by subpar or deadlink sources. Adding subsections and renaming this to "Career" improves the structure and makes it easier for readers to quickly navigate the article. I have also expanded the roles where he had the most impact (i.e. as CEO rather than an a board member) to provide additional context.
