Stephen Thomas (sailor) → Stephen Thomas (athlete) – He isn't only known for being a sailor, he has also competed at the Winter Paralympics in both sledge hockey and cross-country skiing. So disambiguator should be something that applies to all of them e.g. (athlete), which is used for other competitors of multiple sports such as Aaron Pike (athlete).
