Needs better images, captions, maybe labels

I can understand how it works in general by looking at the diagram, but the only photo supplied of it just shows a mess of random rails: I can't tell what I'm looking at, or which rail is which, or exactly which piece is supposed to be the swingnose crossing (I'd I'm fairly familiar with rail-related stuff). A "before and after" photo showing a simple switch would be nice, maybe even with arrows pointing out what different parts are, where the wheels will be going?
