NPOV and Accuracy

Congress membership is not 6.5 Million in Tamil Nadu ,we need a WP:RS source for its real membership.Further the noon meal scheme was not started in 1953.Further the congress lost power in Tamil Nadu in 1967 that is over 40 years and has never been in government and has been wilderness to claim credit for various scheme decades later is wrong.Sections like Economic policy and Security and State Affairs are totally irrelevant as the Congress was is in no position for passing any legislation for this and again Ideology and policy positions is irrelevant.They have been power only from 1946 to 1967 and for year in 1938 earlier it was the Justice Party and after 1967 it is the DMK and AIADMK.
