  • ... that Taneko Suzuki, an expert in protein chemistry, developed a concentrated fish-protein product which had the texture of hamburger and could be seasoned to taste like beef? Source: "Dr. Taneko Suzuki, who headed the $100,000 project, say the artificial meat, made chiefly from pollack, is tasteless, but with the proper seasoning it tastes like animal meat and has the same consistency to the teeth and tongue as beef." (The Vancouver Sun)

  • Article was new enough and long enough at the time of the nomination, and no close paraphrasing was found. The hook is cited inline and verified in the Newspapers.com clipping, and a QPQ has been accomplished. Just one thing that needs to be clarified: the hook states that she developed the product, but the source says she was the leader of the team that developed it. Is it the norm in these cases to attribute the development of something to only the team leader as opposed to the team as a whole? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 07:45, 11 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That's better and reflects the source more accurately. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 12:36, 11 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
