i have had several attempts to upload photos to two articles, with no success and really don't know what to do any more. Pages of convoluted jargonese are indecipherable to me, I'm afraid- i have had a notice on one of my attempts to the effect that one photo has already been uploaded and deleted. I followed instructions by checking the 'deletions log' which doesn't seem to contain evidence of any such thing. Please, in English, how do I upload an image to Wikipedia? I see that you uploaded pictures File:Ted Noffs Headquarters, Randwick, NSW.jpg and Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Ted Noffs Foundation Headquarters.jpg. Neither file is in use anywhere. I suggest deletion of the picture you uploaded here as a duplicate (it is already tagged as such), and use of the one on Commons as "[[File:Ted Noffs Foundation Headquarters.jpg|thumb|right|200px|Ted Noffs Foundation Headquarters]]", like so:
