Additional chronological assumption

I've found a source which assumes that film's events are happening not earlier than year 1993, based by analysis of uniform, namely the camouflage pants, of Nutcase. Could you approve adding this source and this assumption in the description of movie's plot? 17:35, 23th February 2021 (UTC)^[1].
