Re-creation of "The Republic of Tea"

There was previously a page for "The Republic of Tea," but it had no lead section, relied largely or entirely on a single source, and relied too much on references to primary sources; it was subsequently deleted. This new "The Republic of Tea" page consists of completely new copy and contains varied third-party sources. I have disclosed WP:PAID.
