Issues in the article

The article certainly needs cleanup, and need to be divided into sections. More inline citations needed, especially for the sentence "he money was not forthcoming and the possibility has been lessened by the subsequent involvement of Kirkham in a heightening of the tension in his split from the UDA leadership".
