The pelican or the pelican?
[edit]Drtocharian (talk) 08:31, 10 June 2020 (UTC) "pelicanul (lat. pelecanus) sau babița (bg, srb бабика)" the correct translation of the phrase is "the pelican or the pelican"; this way it looks like a true nonsense verse. I am not familiar with Deligiorgis' translation in English, but dexonline.ro [1]states clear that babița and pelican are synonims. Maybe pouchbill should be substituted with pelican, wtih an explanation about the origin of both words. Thanks
