The two sites should be merged -- they are talking about the same topic. But they should be merged under the name "Radiation Belt Storm Probes" and not "Radiation belt storm probes". This is because this is a NASA mission that informally goes by the acronym "RBSP" which is taken from the capitalization of the first letter of each word. This launch will take place from Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and not Kennedy Space Center

I would suggest an upgrade to the text of this page, incorporating more recent news of the project and consistently using the current standard project name (Van Allen Probes) rather than the previous informal name and abbreviation (Radiation Belt Storm Probes/RBSP). I'd love to work on this when I have time, but can't right now. I have personal interest in this topic as my father shares stories of having participated in the early (late 1950s) research balloon flights in Alaska under the direction of Dr. Van Allen.
