Mewtwo never cloned bruteroot in the movie, that was his own venusaur.

I remember Mewtwo simply saying that he started out with (albeit clones of) Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle like most trainers...I don't remember Bruteroot, Charizard or Shellshocker getting Mewtwo-balled, just getting their asses handed to them by their clones.—ウルタプ 02:24, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
