Is he still alive?

It's difficult to verify. There is no information about his death in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The data about him (I mean contacts) is obsolete. The last official mention of him (from Kremlin) was in 1999. --Vesailok (talk) 20:59, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
