Beaux Arts or Chicago School
[edit]JT, a Wikipedia reader, has e-mailed the Wikipedia Help Desk saying it was Chicago School not Beaux Arts. He attached a reference as follows [1]. If there are reliable references for Beaux Arts, please let me know.

See Mills House by architect Ernest Flagg, studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and generally accepted as a Beaux Arts design
The New York Times also makes reference to Mills House as Beaux Arts structure in [Streetscapes/Mills House No. 1 on Bleecker Street; A Clean, Airy 1897 Home for 1,560 Working Men]
