This is my first attempt at page creation. It's a little sparse now, I'll add more in the next few days. Mestesso 20:12, 13 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I'm ordering it alphabetically, other than the VBBA link which will be at the top. Mestesso 14:39, 29 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalization

[edit]

It looks like this page should be Vintage base ball instead of Vintage Base Ball. That is, it doesn't seem to be a proper name (and the intro paragraph itself uses the lowercase version). I think this page should be moved. -- JHunterJ 20:52, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Vintage base ball" or "Vintage baseball"?

[edit]

I understand that "baseball" used to be written as two words, and the Vintage Base Ball Association uses the two-word form, but the fact remains that the standard form of the word is "baseball", and people writing about vintage baseball without using the actual phrase "vintage baseball" will, no doubt, write it "baseball". Which should be the article title? - furrykef (Talk at me) 21:41, 19 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Names of clubs

[edit]

Does this article need names of clubs? It gives external links to associations which no doubt have links to clubs, so are they necessary here? Articles about football don't link to football clubs. What is the criteria for inclusion? B1atv 06:53, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vintage Cricket Ball

[edit]

Some of the terms in glossary are cricket terms (vintage or otherwise). Should they link out? Hakluyt bean (talk) 04:00, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
