Audio clip?

[edit]

Can someone forward a VoP audio clip. I can still hear the VoP's jingles.

"Drink cool, refreshing water today - there's nothing better for you today, drink water today."

Menahem Begin - saying no more war - no more blood shed and Anwar Sadat speaking as well -

For 6 mos. I folded laundry in a kibbutz laundry listening to Voice of Peace. There were no commercials - I heard they had lost their coca-cola funding so then they propounded water - I didn't know John & Yoko Lennon supported them.

Can someone forward some clips?

It would be nice to hear the Voice of Peace again.

Revival?

Should this article mention http://www.thevoiceofpeace.co.il (streaming audio)? John259 (talk) 13:51, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Radio station

[edit]

Can anyone confirm if this station is still on radio? The article claims that it was shut down in 2020, but I was driving and found it piggybacking on another station that had claimed 100.00. I can’t tell if it’s someone’s idea of a joke, although the website says nothing about the radio frequency. (Roundish t) 15:01, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

FM start date

[edit]

Did The Voice of Peace really start on FM in 1980? I was in Tel Aviv in March-April 1981 and did not hear The Voice of Peace on FM, only AM. It was on FM in December 1984 when I went back there. Liron (talk) 17:57, 29 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
