The caption for the image in the article describes Lamon's position as "Ward Hill Lamon is seated to Lincoln's right."
The file description on commons however, describes this as "To Lincoln's left is bodyguard Ward Hill Lamon."
These statements contradict each other, but I am not an expert on the subject, and am not confident I could correctly identify which is correct. --Mbrickn (talk) 23:30, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
