Article rating question

An edit on 27 July by User:Koala15 evidently deleted much of the article text and only said that the article was "...poorly written and inaccurate." The result is that the article no longer appears to satisfy the definition of Start class. Is their a plan to rewrite of restore the missing body, or should the article now be downrated to Stub class? Bruin2 (talk) 17:24, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
