Another Western National Bank
[edit]There was a bank with this same name in Colorado Springs, Colorado, US, from the mid-20th Century into the mid 1990s, when the bank went through several mergers and lost its original identity. I had an account with this bank when I resided in Colorado Springs, but I have forgotten most of the bank's history. I definitely do not recall enough to author an entry about it.
There are a couple of things I do remember about the bank, however, which might help someone, should said person wish to author an article. 1, this Western National Bank enjoyed a long, close business relationship with the Michael Garman Galleries in Colorado Springs; the bank exhibited many of Mr. Garman's cowboy-themed sculptures in its several branches; and 2, the bank's tagline, which was used in advertising jingles, was "Out where the West begins..."
I hope the above might be of help to someone wishing to research this subject. Erzahler (talk) 08:12, 27 May 2022 (UTC)
