References
[edit]I understand that a reference is needed to prove notability, but it's a bit difficult to dig up a reliable reference for a Japanese film from 1979, especially an idol-based romance film, since most of the interest in Japanese films abroad seems to centre on sex and violence films. I found a review in a collection of Asahi Shimbun on Google Books, but the book preview is not good enough to turn it into a reference. This film has an article about it on Japanese wikipedia, but unfortunately they don't usually add references to their Wikipedia. JoshuSasori (talk) 14:09, 18 February 2012 (UTC)
- I found a handy page: http://www.tv-naruto.ne.jp/s-take/book/bkinei/bookkinei.htm JoshuSasori (talk) 12:55, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
Bad image on kinenote website
[edit]The Kinenote website features an image from a different film (looks like idol DVD), which seems to have confused the editor. If you can't read the Japanese text, perhaps use google translate. This is a cinema released film. JoshuSasori (talk) 15:34, 21 December 2012 (UTC)
- Ok, understood, the redlink idol film has put me off the road... and thanks for the clarification about "Golden combi(nation)"; just as general suggestion, I would avoid Japanese slang as it is not always immediately intelligible for an "overseas" reader; side note, the creation of idol film would be welcome (maybe it would be sufficent a section in the Japanese idol article). Have a good day! Cavarrone (talk) 17:03, 21 December 2012 (UTC)
