Louise de Kérouaille and Nell Gwyn

The Duchess of Portsmouth and Nell Gwyn are not part of the Windsor Beauties set because they weren't at the court at this time. Nell Gwyn first made an impression on Charles II in about 1667, and it is possible that they didn't become lovers until 1668/69. Louise was later; she was appointed Maid of Honour at Court in 1670, and attracted Charles in early 1671. I have removed the paragraph about their absence.
