the 2d line reads"The historic Winters House is situated at the edge of the 300-acre Mercer Slough Nature Park, and is easily accessible while bordering a quiet, natural setting. the Mercer Slough Nature Park is in in Bellevue Washington. There is another "Winters House" in Bellevue Washington, but it is the F W Winters House "The Winters House was built in 1929 in Mission Revival style for $32,000 by Frederick and Cecilia Winters.
