"Znamya," "The Banner," needs to be Disambiguated. Scholars claim that a Russian periodical with that name published, in 1903, the earliest, abbreviated version, of the notorious plagerism known as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. I have not been able to locate this periodical in any known library in the world.

Not "done" yet. Said Newspaper appears to be Russkoe znamia and began its publication with the Nov. 27, 1905 issue in St. Petersburg. The publisher was one A. I. Dubrovin. It was an Organ of Soiuz russkago naroda, and ceased publication in 1917. So where is the paper, and issue of 1903, in which the notorious Protocols of ... Zion were published? Does anyone know?
