Usage
[edit]This template represent the Chinese renminbi yuan currency as '¥ RMB' (linked to the Renminbi article) followed by the value.
{{CNY|123.45}} produces CN¥123.45
{{CNY|link=yes|123.45}} produces CN¥123.45
{{CNY}} by itself produces CN¥ (simple currency abbreviation)
Suppress "RMB"
[edit]For situations where it is clear RMB is meant and not the Japanese yen, the abbreviation may be suppressed.
{{CNY|long=no|123.45}} produces CN¥123.45
Note: The template {{RMB}} is unrelated to Chinese currency.
