  • Tagline: not accurate. The only parts of the tower that can properly be described as "Tudor" are the door and the square-topped window. The base of the tower is said to be 13th century (Heritage listing) and the upper sections are Renaissance, not Tudor (built during the Stuart period). That Tudor window may have been intact and simply reused in the brick rebuild. Confusion is caused by the fact that someone has put a very brief and inaccurate couple of lines on the church's webpage.
