Christine Ferber

[edit]
  • ... that in 2013, the Daily Mirror reported that Brad Pitt had become so obsessed with jams made by Christine Ferber (pictured), that he flew to Alsace to meet her, though she says she never saw him at her shop? (A rumour born of an "article" published on May 13 by the Daily Mirror on its website. The English tabloid says in this article that American actor Brad Pitt has fallen in love with ... jams. And not just any: Alsatian jams, those of Christine Ferber in this case. The tabloid goes even further since it states that the actor would have gone to Alsace to shop there.)... ("Except that in Niedermorschwihr, no one saw Hollywood actors that day. And especially not Christine Ferber, who testifies. "I did not see Brad Pitt in my kitchen or in my shop. We had a lot of people at the store that day because we were closed on Wednesday and Thursday, for my part I was stuck in the kitchen all day, "she recalls.")
    • ALT1:... that jams made by French chocolatier Christine Ferber (pictured) are sold in Tokyo Isetan department stores, and are wrapped in red cloth and with a white bow? ("In Tokyo, where she is revered, her pots covered with a red cloth and closed with a white bow are a sure bet in the Isetan department store.")
    • ALT2:... that in 2005, French chocolatier Christine Ferber (pictured) produced a cookbook Alice's Little Kitchen in Wonderland, in reference to Lewis Carroll's book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland? ("With her new cookbook "Alice's Little Kitchen in Wonderland", Christine Ferber has now set a memorial to a book to which she does not have a very simple relationship.")

  • article is new enough, long enough, passes Earwig's copyvio detection test, and is interesting. Reads as neutral, has good citations. First hook is interesting; I would wikilink Alsace. QPQ review is complete. I'd say it's good to go! Nice work, Joseph2302! = paul2520 (talk) 16:25, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
