This is an interesting article and subject, but there are some issues. Some copyediting is needed. Currently the article is 1011 characters (and with copyediting likely to fall), it must be a minimum of 1,500. The article is very stubby, only having a brief mention of the birth, and very little about the subject. The references are all Indian news websites, I'd expect something medically significant such as this ought to have greater coverage, both internationally and in more rigorous scholarship. Of the sources, one is "74-year-old Andhra woman delivers twin girls, may be the oldest ever to give birth" or that she is "possibly the oldest woman in the country to have attained motherhood", or that she is the "oldest living mother" - which introduces some ambiguity to the statement and indeed the subject's notability. No mention is made in the cited source of being the "oldest mother to give birth to twins" - though it can be logically implied if it is true that she is "the oldest ever to give birth" and that she gave birth to twins. That said, I'm not sure if the wording does support this, and even if it does, it ought to be explicit rather than implicit for the hook fact.
