Gherman Pântea
[edit]- ... that Gherman Pântea, who facilitated Bessarabia's union with Romania in 1918, protected Odessan Jews targeted by Romanian troops during the 1941 Massacre?

- Comment: This is one for the special occasion holding area: I kindly request that the article be featured on December 1, Romania's national holiday, which celebrates the 1918 creation of Greater Romania (including Bessarabia). Ideally, we could have an all-Romanian queue for that day only... Dahn (talk) 22:33, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

- Right, well it seems OK. Hook is referenced, neutral, could be slightly catchier. Page has undergone a 5x expansion since March, when it was created, so the content is new enough. Can't find any faults, so I'd say approved. Note: it can be featured on December 1 if you'd like. Rcsprinter (message) 19:22, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you. Avoiding the potential misunderstanding, the article wasn't expanded 5x "since March", but since November. Dahn (talk) 00:59, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
