@Wuerzele: The hook as it stands is too long and too confusing, trying to put too much information. Can you make this shorter and focus on only one aspect? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 23:45, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
t thanks for the comment. I am painfully aware, but have been unable to decide what is most interesting. One of the reasons we have DYK review is that other editors opinions help create a good DYK! So go for it, please! Wuerzele (talk) 09:05, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
What about merely focusing on discovering itch mite as a cause of scabies? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 00:54, 9 December 2018 (UTC)
  • Nominator hasn't edited since December 19. It would be a great shame if this nomination didn't pass, so requesting another user see if they could propose a new hook here. If no one is able to within a week or two, this nomination will be marked for closure. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 09:31, 2 January 2019 (UTC)

Some suggestions Find bruce (talk) 01:19, 7 January 2019 (UTC)

Of the three, ALT1 and ALT3 are probably the best options. I'll do the full review later. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 02:36, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
  •  Doing... Reviewing. Expect some copyedits shortly. MX () 15:29, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
Article is long enough, new, no copyright violations (translations were made from Italian to English and I found no matches), hooks are cited and interesting (ALT3 needs a source, however), layout is fine now, sources are reliable, no tags are in the article. I copyedited most of the article as I was reviewing and fixed some prose issues. Please check them. There is one "Citation needed" tag I added that needs to be addressed to support ALT3. Article is good after that. MX () 16:59, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
Just realized a QPQ is indeed needed. Nominator has already 5 DYKs. MX () 17:03, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
Alright, since the editor has not been around since December 19, let's remove ALT3. I've removed the sentence that needed a source. The rest of the review stands and the article is good to go. MX () 17:17, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
This isn't ready yet if a QPQ has not been provided; @MX: I'm willing to donate one in the nominator's stead, if it's alright with you. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 18:13, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
My bad. I did mention we needed a QPQ but completely forgot when I did more copyediting. Yes, please feel free to provide one. I appreciate the help. MX () 02:06, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
@MX: Thanks. Will be donating my review of Template:Did you know nominations/Feng Timo for this nomination. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 06:05, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
Restoring tick per QPQ provided by Narutolovehinata5. Previous review stands. MX () 21:34, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
Thanks everyone. Havent been online for a while, as noted.Wuerzele (talk) 15:16, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
@Wuerzele: No problem, happy to help. If you're interested, please re-add the sentence I removed that was unsourced. It supports ALT3. MX () 17:41, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
