Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Overall: This nomination looks good to proceed. It's new, long enough, with enough citations to sources that look reliable. This doesn't hold up the nomination, but using 2005–2024 as the publication date for the PCAD web page doesn't seem the right choice. I see that date range on the website's copyright, but nothing specific to the particular page. I think it is more appropriate to list this as undated.
