Inner core super-rotation

- The article is new enough and long enough and within policy, no copyvio was detected. The hook is cited and short enough. QPQ not needed as this is the first nomination of the user. I added ALT1. The only problem: The article was moved to the mainspace in March 19, but it is currently nominated in the "March 18" section. --Z 12:35, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
