My Ancestors Were Rogues and Murderers
[edit]- ... that the National Film Board of Canada documentary My Ancestors Were Rogues and Murderers defends the controversial Canadian seal hunt?
- Comment: my second DYK submission, after the successful Maison Alcan, I hope I've found a more controversial and popular topic this time around!

- No QPQ required. New enough and long enough at time of nomination. Fully supported by inline citations. No images requiring a check. Plagiarism check here no cause for concerns.
- This gives me mild pause. Wording that pretty much matches with out having things I do not think can be worded otherwise: "seal hunting over several generations to advance the argument that the seal hunt is an economically viable and environmentally sound industry ". This needs to be addressed. --LauraHale (talk) 00:03, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
- Done. Please take a look at the rewritten 2nd and 3rd paragraphs when you have a moment, and let me know what you think. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 13:28, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

- Looks better in terms of paraphrasing, I'd say it's good to go. Nikkimaria (talk) 02:37, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
