Excuse me but that looks like a reverse copyvio, given that wording was adapted from the original Joe Lewis Arena article. ViperSnake151  Talk  16:08, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
Hmmmm strange. -- Esemono (talk) 04:29, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
  • Need a second opinion about how to proceed with source copyvio -- Esemono (talk) 04:29, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
    • "Reverse copyvio" would imply that someone else copied Wikipedia, but that's not possible. The overlap of the article and this blog post is unquestionable, the blog post is from Feb 2014, and the blog is under copyright. Even if that blog paraphrased from some other source---not sure what ViperSnake151 means with "adapted from the original Joe Lewis Arena article"---it should be reworded or quoted here. --Pgallert (talk) 10:08, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
That page is dated February 13, 2014. This revision pre-dates it, and contains all the stuff he copied and pasted. Yes, it is a copyvio of Wikipedia. ViperSnake151  Talk  15:17, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
Ah, okay, I didn't realise that 'New Detroit Arena' and 'Joe Louis Arena' are different articles. I checked the situation again, and it is clear that the allsportsblog page lifted Wikipedia content without attribution. As there is obviously quite some overlap between the two Wikipedia articles, and I have thus now checked whether there is sufficient new content in the article nominated here. This checks out as well. --Pgallert (talk) 05:25, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
  • There might still be some minor wording issue with the original hook, unless I again misunderstood something: Can a concourse really surround the stadium? I mean, walkways cannot meet everywhere, and while indeed this picture shows that the glass roof itself is all around, for the concourse we might need to find another expression. --Pgallert (talk) 05:25, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
  • ALT1 is properly referenced, but maybe the original hook can be improved. --Pgallert (talk) 05:25, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
  • for ALT1 and ALT2, both are suitably referenced. Original hook struck for clarity. --Pgallert (talk) 05:23, 2 October 2014 (UTC)
