Salamanca (Erie Railroad station)
[edit]- ... that in the early 1940s, the New York Yankees used the Salamanca Erie Railroad station as a rest stop, because of a delayed game with the Cleveland Indians?
- Comment: This is my first DYK in almost 3 years, since the Meadowbrook State Parkway in March 2013. I don't get around to making many new articles anymore, but I like this one and would love to open 2016 with a DYK.Mitch32(I can have oodles of charm when I want to.) 01:07, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
