Earwig and spot checking found no significant close paraphrasing issues, copyright violations or plagiarism. Just a QPQ review needed and we are good to go. I was surprised that this was originally in the Australian Constitution and I studied Constitutional Law once - I guess this was ignored as it had long-since been removed.
