Superfest International Disability Film Festival

[edit]

Created by Jackiekoerner (talk). Nominated by Jackiekoerner (talk) at 21:42, 27 January 2017 (UTC).

  • (Not a full review) The article is presently ineligible because some non-lead paragraphs and other areas in it do not have inline citations, per D2 of the DYK Supplementary guidelines. Areas lacking citations are the "Films shown at Superfest Classics (2009)" section and the entire "Award Winners" section, the second paragraph in the "History" section and the first paragraph in the "Directors" section. North America1000 13:01, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
  • Full review needed. All of the areas denoted above now have citations. Thanks Jackiekoerner for addressing the above concerns. North America1000 16:15, 30 January 2017 (UTC)

I'll review it:

  • New enough: Yes
  • Long enough: Excluding the long lists/tables, there's more than 3,000 characters of readable prose.
  • Cited hook: Yes
  • Within policies:
    • Neutral: Looks good.
    • Citations: Every paragraph (and nearly every sentence) contains at least one inline citation, and every list or table is followed by an explicit source for the entire contents. However, the term inspiration porn (from the lead) doesn't appear in the cited source (which talks about "negative, toxic portrayals" rather than simplistic triumphs by pitiable, helpless people).
    • Copyvios: Looks good.
  • Hook: Short enough, makes sense to everyone, directly supported by a cited sentence in the article.
  • Other: Creator reviewed another article, and there's no image.
I think it's good to run now. WhatamIdoing (talk) 23:43, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
