Usage

In general, this should not be used on Article Talk pages.
Description
[edit]On talk pages without any L2 ( == ... ==) sections, a special "empty state" dialog appears for editors using discussion tools. In certain cases, this may be undesirable, such as if a custom new section handler gadget or special layout has been built. This template will transclude an L2 section that has display:none set on it, making discussion tools think the page is not awaiting its first ever section.
